Family Medical Center of Michigan, Inc., is a not-for-profit community health center with over 40 years of experience serving Monroe, southwestern Wayne, and southeastern Lenawee Counties.

FMC was established in 1979, beginning in a renovated school building and employing one provider, one receptionist, a medical assistant, and an executive director. FMC served approximately 620 patients when it opened its doors.

FMC has grown to serve nearly 19,000 patients and generate over 70,000 medical, behavioral health, and dental encounters annually. They now have four sites across southeastern Michigan and seventeen school-based behavioral health clinics. FMC employs fifteen primary care providers, four part-time OB/GYN providers, two psychiatric nurse practitioners, one psychiatrist, fifteen behavioral health specialists, six dentists, four dental hygienists, and more than 80 support, clinical and administrative staff.

When we began working with Family Medical Centers of Michigan, the primary problem that they were having was their website.
